These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of appliedata.school (the “Site”) and all consulting, training, and course services (collectively, “Services”) provided by Blue Briar Consulting (OPC) Pvt Ltd (“Blue Briar,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use our Site or Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old—or the age of majority in your jurisdiction—to create an account, purchase a course, or engage our consulting services.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activity under your login credentials. Keep your password confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—videos, code, text, graphics, logos, and course materials—is owned by Blue Briar or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view or download materials for personal, non-commercial learning only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

4. Licence to Use Courses

Upon payment, we grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the purchased course for its stated duration. Sharing, reselling, or sublicensing your access is prohibited.

5. Consulting Engagements

Consulting deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW). Unless otherwise agreed, all intellectual property created during a consulting engagement remains the property of Blue Briar until full payment is received.

6. Payments & Refunds

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, Razorpay).

Courses: You may request a refund within seven (7) days of purchase if you have viewed less than 20 % of the course.

Live training & consulting: Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 14 days of the scheduled start date incur a 50 % fee.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation

Upload malicious code, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Site

Infringe our intellectual-property rights or those of others

Post or transmit any defamatory, obscene, or offensive material

Interfere with the security or operation of the Site

8. Disclaimers

Our content is provided “as is” for educational and informational purposes. We make no warranties—express or implied—about course completeness, future earnings, or fitness for a particular purpose. Consulting recommendations are based on information you supply; implementation and results remain your responsibility.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Blue Briar will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or Services—even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blue Briar, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site or Services.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account—and access to any Service—at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or harms other users. Sections 3, 8, 9, 10, and 12 survive termination.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana. Before filing suit, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation for at least 30 days.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
